As with any urban center, Tel Aviv is filled with local culture, flavor, sites and sounds. This particular entry, I am devoting to the art of "Look Up, Look Down." My friend Keren told me how just a slight shift in your perspective during your usual days activities can provide you with a whole new light on your surroundings.
